Public offer for the provision of services

Website https://mesh-net.space. This document is an official proposal (public offer) by Самозанятый (плательщик НПД) Аденауэр Владимир Романович, INN 590587141387 (the “Contractor”) to enter into a service agreement on the terms set out below.

1. Definitions

Service means the software and hardware system on the mesh-net.space website that provides management of third-level domain records (DNS) and private mesh networks. User means a person who has registered and accepted the terms of this offer. Dashboard means the restricted section of the Service available to the User after logging in.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Contractor provides the User with access to the Service: creating and managing DNS records on the Contractor's domains, and creating and managing private mesh networks (on paid plans). The list and scope of services under each plan are published on the “Pricing” page and form an integral part of this offer.

The “Proxy” service mentioned in the Service's reference materials is not among the services provided under this offer and is not offered for sale. Its description is for information about how the Service works and is not an offer to enter into an agreement.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for the services are fixed and listed on the “Pricing” page in Russian rubles. Payment is made online through a payment agent (YooKassa); the receipt is issued under the Contractor's applicable tax regime (NPD, the professional income tax). The free plan is provided free of charge.

4. When and how the service is provided

The service is digital. The relevant plan or extra domains are activated automatically in the Dashboard as soon as the payment is received; no other delivery is required. A paid plan is provided for the paid period (a month or a year). When the paid period ends without renewal, the plan is downgraded to the free one.

5. Refunds

The service is digital and is provided immediately after payment. By paying for the services, the User agrees that a service is deemed rendered from the moment it is activated. Paid services are non-refundable.

6. Rights and obligations

The User undertakes not to use the Service for unlawful activity, sending spam, attacks or violating the rights of third parties. The Contractor may suspend or terminate the services if these terms are violated. The User is solely responsible for the content of their DNS records and for the traffic in their networks.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Contractor does not guarantee that the Service will work without interruptions or errors or will meet the User's expectations, and is not liable for the quality of the services, interruptions, failures, data loss or any other consequences of using or being unable to use the Service. The User uses the Service at their own risk.

8. Personal data

The User consents to the processing of the data they provide (email address) for the purposes of providing the services and keeping the User informed. The data is not shared with third parties, except the payment agent to the extent necessary to process a payment.
